Technical Services Senior Specialist – ECR (Electronic Cash Register) Location: Pavia, Lombardia, Italy About the Role: As a Technical Services Specialist – ECR, you will act as the subject‐matter expert for activation and technical support of fiscal cash register solutions, ensuring compliance with fiscal regulations and coordinating installation and support activities across the network. Responsibilities Act as a subject‐matter expert for fiscal cash register activation and technical support, including integration with fiscal cash registers and support of accredited technician networks. Maintain and update operations with industry fiscal developments and regulatory changes. Oversee network delivery activities with a focus on fiscal compliance, delivering high service quality and managing the collection, analysis and resolution of operational and fiscal issues raised by customers and sales channels. Coordinate technical and fiscal activities throughout installation, technical support and maintenance processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and system configurations.



Provide training to end customers on fiscal cash registers and management software (store‐management apps, inventory, invoicing, etc.) during activation and maintenance touchpoints. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in technical services related to fiscal cash registers, including dealer management and regulatory expertise. Strong knowledge of fiscal regulations for electronic cash registers. Proven ability to manage complex integrations by coordinating multiple stakeholders. Good command of English (written and spoken). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point). Ability to anticipate technical or commercial issues before they affect partners. Effective interaction with internal technical teams. Results‐oriented approach in dynamic, technology‐driven environments. Strong problem‐solving skills.
