What You'll Do Manage and scale creator campaigns by developing performance‐led strategies, defining brand‐aligned casting, and guiding content creation to ensure highly relevant and on‐trend social media initiatives. Lead end‐to‐end recruitment and execution, sourcing and vetting qualified creators and partners based on demographics and performance data, negotiating partnership terms, and issuing clear creator campaign briefs. Build strong, trusted relationships with both clients and creative talent, leading kick‐off calls, managing day‐to‐day corporate communications, and providing excellent customer service. Analyse campaign performance and metrics, formatting performance data to generate actionable insights and identifying potential expansion or upselling opportunities for senior leadership.
