Role Description
The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and operations of Gruppo Immobiliare Premiere Srl.
This full‐time, on‐site position in Milan involves driving business development, cultivating client relationships, and overseeing high‐impact real estate advisory projects. Day‐to‐day responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, guiding bespoke investment strategies,



and collaborating on marketing and sales initiatives that support brand positioning. The Co-Founder will work closely with partners and team members to maintain high service standards, establish strategic partnerships, and ensure sustainable growth. This role also includes oversight of financial performance, contribution to organizational structure, and participation in key decision‐making across the company.
