Job description
CAPZA is seeking a Private Equity Intern to join its Milan office. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors and investment types,
including LBOs and minority equity deals. As an intern, you will be an impactful contributor to the deal team and gain significant exposure to all aspects of CAPZA’s investment activities.
Role & Responsibilities
As an Intern, you will work closely with the Private Equity team to support the origination and execution of all aspects of private equity transactions, including but not limited to:
- Financial modeling: assist in the creation and refinement of financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, including leveraged buyouts and other relevant analyses
- Due diligence: help conduct industry, market, and company-specific research to identify key risks, opportunities, and trends. This will include reviewing financial statements, assessing operational performance, and evaluating management teams
