EL Sales Support Manager - Configuration & Quotation

Your Role And Responsibilities
You will be part of the Italian Service Sales Support team and will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Service Sales Organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical offers for Service product portfolio. Each day you will determine prices, prepare documentation for contracts/tender participation as per customer requirements, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:




- Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions.
- Preparing/supporting in the preparation of technical/commercial offers for both MV and LV service products based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.
- Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization.
- Hel the organization to map our installed base through customer/sales inputs.
- Defining prices for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization.
- Actively handle and prepare the administrative documents for tender participation as per customers (Utility, EPC etc) requirements.
