As our E-Commerce Intern you will support the Italian E-commerce Store Manager in day-to-day management of our online store,



helping to optimize the customer experience, maintain product content, and monitor the performance of our e-commerce channel. You will ensuring the growth and engagement of our [ comfort zone ] community through Direct Email Marketing (DEM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activations, as well as to optimize the conversion of qualified traffic by optimizing the user experience of e-commerce. You will work closely with local and global cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Support the daily management and maintenance of the e-commerce platform
- Upload, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and other website content
- Monitor product availability, pricing, and catalog accuracy.
