Job Description
The Logistics & Quality Specialist is responsible for end‑to‑end coordination between manufacturing facilities, transportation logistics, and third‑party quality and logistics service providers.
The role ensures that production schedules, quality requirements,



and delivery timelines are aligned and executed efficiently, reliably, and in compliance with contractual and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing & Production Management
- Coordinate production planning with manufacturing partners to meet project schedules
- Monitor manufacturing progress, capacity constraints, and critical milestones
- Act as the primary interface with factories for:
- Production readiness
- Change management
- Issue resolution (delays, defects, capacity shortages)
- Ensure manufacturing output complies with technical specifications and contractual requirements

2. Transportation & Logistics Management
- Plan and manage inbound and outbound transportation from manufacturing sites to project locations
- Coordinate local and international logistics (road, sea, rail as applicable)
- Oversee delivery schedules, Incoterms compliance, customs clearance (if applicable)
