About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager of Social Digital to join Jumeirah .
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Lead the execution of social and digital activity across Signature restaurant concepts,



ensuring each outlet is visible, relevant and engaging across priority platforms.
- Develop and manage F&B-led; content calendars that support launches, activations, seasonal moments and key trading periods for each restaurant.
- Guide content delivery across social channels, ensuring posts, captions, community responses and platform formats reflect Jumeirah’s tone and each concept’s identity.
- Grow engaged online communities by turning restaurant moments, campaigns and guest experiences into timely, platform-specific content.
- Work with Marketing, PR and Creative teams to ensure social activity amplifies campaign priorities without duplicating broader marketing or PR ownership.
- Analyse social performance, trends and competitor activity, using insight to improve engagement, reach and contribution to restaurant visibility and demand.
