Job Summary The Billing Specialist has the primary responsibility for accurate invoice coordination and submissions.
Essential Functions Handle the active billing process
Calculate, verify and handle commissions
Monitor and resolve billing issues (e.g., invoice rejections)
Manage administration of agency contracts
Handle the collection and retrieval of documentation from field personnel
Support and backup for order and credit collection activities
Required/Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or diploma - administrative/economic focus
At least 2 years of prior professional experience
