We are hiring on behalf of a leading international organization for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Specialist with strong expertise in Employee Central . This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of an established SAP SuccessFactors environment and work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to enhance HR processes and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot system issues related to SuccessFactors and Employee Central.
- Configure and manage workflows, business rules, MDF objects, role-based permissions, and foundation objects.
- Support data migration, data uploads, reporting, testing, and SAP SuccessFactors bi-annual releases.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize HR systems and business processes.
- Drive continuous improvements across the SuccessFactors platform and HR technology landscape.
- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Ensure system performance,



data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Prepare documentation, perform system testing, and support end-user training where required.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with SAP ERP.
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and administration.
- Experience configuring workflows, business rules, role-based permissions (RBP), MDF objects, and foundation data.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of HR business processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Experience supporting system upgrades, testing, reporting, and SAP SuccessFactors release management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFact
