In this role you drive project planning and masterplan execution at the Portogruaro plant, aligning cross-functional teams with project objectives. You manage KPIs, report to leadership, and remove obstacles to keep initiatives on track. You'll lead planning improvements within Purina's framework and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive culture. This position offers strategic influence in a global pet-care leader and exposure to multi-disciplinary engineering challenges.

Responsibilities Total experience of 5+ years with at least 1 year in project management
Strong technical background (e.g., Project Engineer)
Fluency in English (Italian preferred)
Authority level equivalent to team leader/pillar leader
Proficiency in MS Project; MS Teams planning features a plus
Knowledge of project management framework (training provided)
Active listening and leadership profile
PMI PMP certification is a plus
