tay.
What you’ll be
- doingOwn the end-to-end member experience in Italy, from move-in to move-out, ensuring a seamless and memorable journey for every me
- mber.Act as the main point of contact for members, handling requests, resolving issues, and coordinating with contractors,
suppliers, and internal teams to deliver fast and effective solut
- ions.Conduct regular property visits to maintain quality standards, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure our homes remain in excellent condi
- tion.Support occupancy and sales efforts by helping prospective members discover the Cohabs experience and find the right
- home.Build and nurture thriving communities through events, local initiatives, member engagement activities, and continuous feedback collection to improve the living experi
ence.
