Role purpose:

The HR CoE is a Center of Excellence supporting Vodafone Automotive globally across key HR areas, including talent acquisition, learning and performance development, compensation and benefits, payroll and administration, health and safety, and the digitalization and automation of HR processes.
The HR CoE Intern will support the team’s activities, with a primary focus on training, youth recruitment, reporting & department communication.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Coordinate overall training activities in SuccessFactors, covering both online and classroom-based training
- Organize and facilitate mandatory Health & Safety training
- Prepare and share training data and reports
- Support the management of the Fondimpresa fund for Italian training activities
- Contribute to the development of the “Youth” recruitment layer , promoting early-career experiences such as internships and school-work programmes
- Support the department’s communication activities
- Support recurring surveys required by external authorities

Core competencies,



knowledge and experience:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong English language skills
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
- Strong organizational skills

Must have:
University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Humanistic Studies
