Responsibilities
Planning, organization, analysis and improvement of the QMS, and monitoring compliance with the QMS requirements.
Formulation and implementation of the quality policy, management of quality goals, and promotion of activities that contribute to orderly work and continuous improvement of quality management.
Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements for new and mass‐produced vehicles.
Obtaining market data on defective vehicles, identifying key problems, allocating responsibility, monitoring corrective actions, working to reduce complaints and negative reviews.
Collecting information on imported GWM models, analyzing emerging faults,



and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.
Controlling solutions for issues such as FCI, rust protection, returns and exchanges, social‐network public opinion, complaints, etc.; controlling results of identified defects, risk assessment, BC‐S problems, planning recall campaigns and ensuring timely response.
Adapting new cars to prevent re‐emergence of previously identified problems.
Implementing the quality planning function of the headquarters in Italy and cooperating with other departments on quality‐related issues.
Qualifications
10 years of work experience in the field of quality management, with at least 3 years in QMS promotion, quality planning, assurance, control, and improvement; experience in automotive or mechanical industry.
