ppFor an independent real estate investment management SGR based in Milan, we are looking for an Asset Manager to join the team, with a dedicated focus on a portfolio of shopping centers located in Italy. /p pThe role sits within a structured investment management environment and is responsible for the active management of a portfolio of retail assets, with the objective of maximizing performance and supporting value creation across the portfolio lifecycle. /p pThe position requires ongoing interaction with institutional investors, tenants, and external advisors, combining asset management activities with investor reporting and coordination of asset‑level initiatives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liFull responsibility for the asset management of a portfolio of shopping centers, including definition and execution of asset business plans. /li liMonitoring of asset and portfolio performance (income, occupancy, costs, and key retail real estate KPIs). /li liPreparation of investor reporting and ongoing communication with institutional stakeholders. /li liSupervision of leasing activities and management of relationships with tenants and leasing agents. /li liSupervision of property management activities and coordination of external technical, legal,



and commercial advisors. /li liSupport to the appraisal valuation process. /li liSupport to value creation initiatives, including repositioning, refurbishment, and disposal strategies. /li liParticipation in due diligence processes related to new investments and portfolio activities. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 7 years of experience in real estate, with mandatory exposure to retail / shopping center asset management. /li liPrevious experience within SGRs, investment management platforms, advisory firms, or structured real estate environments. /li liDegree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or Master in Real Estate Management. /li liSolid understanding of retail real estate dynamics and shopping center KPIs. /li liExperience in investor reporting and interaction with institutional investors. /li liFluent English (mandatory), written and spoken. /li liAvailability to travel within Italy for asset monitoring and stakeholder meetings. /li liStrong execution‑oriented and hands‑on approach, with good interpersonal skills. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 p€60,000 – €75,000 gross annual salary + variable premio /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
