Description
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Customer Success, learn how to manage support tools, and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Duration: 6 months
Department: Customer Success
Reports to: Customer Success Manager
Role expectations
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in troubleshooting product or service issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members
- Document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system
- Help maintain and update the knowledge base and FAQs
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Clinical, Sales) to resolve customer concerns
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve support skills

What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, Marketing,



or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Sales force) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
