As part of our Grid & Power Quality Solutions & Service business in Europe, you will play a key role in securing the technologies that enable energy transition. From renewable energy integration and hydrogen projects to data centers and e-mobility, you’ll help ensure our customers’ critical infrastructure remains resilient, secure, and compliant.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced OT Cybersecurity professional to combine technical expertise, customer engagement, and strategic influence across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout Europe.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Act as the cybersecurity lead for customer projects, ensuring compliance with both Hitachi Energy and customer security requirements.




- Conduct cybersecurity assessments during tender and project initiation phases, identifying risks, requirement gaps, and compliance deviations.
- Perform OT cybersecurity risk assessments and define mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary cybersecurity interface for customers, building trust and ensuring alignment on security commitments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Global Cybersecurity teams to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies across European markets.
- Drive supplier cybersecurity compliance and support the secure deployment of automation and control system solutions.
- Maintain cybersecurity documentation, evidence, and assurance activities to support audits, certifications, and customer requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support IEC 62443 certification activities across the business.
