Checking for any tears or damage on all guest and staff garments before washing and reporting any issues to the Laundry Supervisor
Washing/ironing uniforms and guest garments
Preparing uniforms and guest clothing to be sent for external laundry services
Informing the Laundry Supervisor about malfunctioning equipment or any issues with safety mechanisms
Cleaning all machinery
Checking safety devices, steam, water, and air valves
Maintaining a safe, clean, sanitized, and organized work environment
Additional duties may be required, such as mending or sewing clothes/uniforms
Understanding and applying procedures and policies related to wet cleaning, dry cleaning, and laundry operations
Basic digital skills
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in 5-star hotels
