Meaningful Work From Day One: The incumbent will be responsible for the ON trade channel focusing on Net Sales and Gross Profit for the entire portfolio. The role also supports COGS control and brand expenses tracking and monitoring. Working in a hybrid office environment (4 days a week in Milan office and Fridays working from home). The position acts as a business partner to Sales, Marketing and Supply‐Chain functions. Responsibilities Manage the ON trade channel, focusing on Net Sales and Gross Profit performance for the entire portfolio. Support COGS control and track/monitor brand expenses. Act as a business partner to Sales, Marketing and Supply‐Chain functions. Analyze and report on Net Sales at customer and brand levels. Perform profitability analysis across the operational value chain. Plan and update the annual budget for operationally relevant P&L; sections in collaboration with FP&A.; Ensure commercial practices and policies are followed across departments. Share best practices and facilitate knowledge transfer.



Provide ad‐hoc analysis and support to the Italy Finance Team. Qualifications Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or Finance. Minimum 3 years of post‐degree experience in Controlling/Finance, preferably in FMCG sector. Fluent in Italian and highly proficient in English (speaking and writing). Excellent MS Excel skills; good knowledge of Financial/ERP Systems (SAP) and BI/BW. Strong analytical, project management and strategic thinking skills. Strong teamwork, interpersonal and influence skills. Demonstrated financial acumen and integrity. MBA preferred.
