In this role you will support the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team to deliver accurate client-focused materials and execute SG CIB’s DCM strategy across bonds, private placements, hybrid, and ESG advisory. You will collaborate with bond syndication, trading, structuring, ESG, and legal teams to optimize the DCM franchise in Italy and Greece. You’ll prepare marketing and client meeting documents and serve as a key execution reference for DCM mandates.

This is a cross‑functional role with strong emphasis on quality, risk awareness, and team collaboration in a dynamic banking environment.

Ensure accuracy and quality of client materials under supervision

Maintain constant contact with syndication, fixed income trading, structuring, ESG, and legal teams





Support execution of SG CIB's DCM strategy and local franchise optimization in Italy and Greece

Prepare marketing and client meeting documents for DCM activities (bonds, private placements, hybrids, ESG)

Act as a reference point for DCM mandate execution and documentation

Coordinate with Interest & FX Derivatives, Liability Management, Hybrid Capital, Equity Linked, M&A; and Acquisition Financing teams to ensure effective liaison

Responsabilità

Master's degree in economics or finance

1-2 years xkiyazw of experience in DCM

Italian language at C1 level

English language at C1 level

French would be a plus

Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Knowledge of Bloomberg

Strong risk awareness and attention to detail

Initiative and strong team spirit
