Join KPMG Studio Associato to support clients with tax and corporate law challenges in high‑stakes transactions. You will work within the Deal Advisory M&A; Tax Team in Milan, tackling due diligence, restructurings, and tax opinions. This role blends national and international tax regimes to navigate complex regulatory landscapes. You’ll collaborate with top professionals, developing high‑level expertise in a dynamic, global firm with a strong mission for integrity and governance.

Retribuzione / Benefits

Tax due diligence reviews of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions, etc.)

Corporate restructuring

Analyses of treatment of extraordinary transactions under national (OIC) and international (IAS/IFRS) standards





National and international tax opinions

Applications for tax rulings

Preparation of corporate income tax returns (Modello Unico and Modello IRAP)

Responsabilità

0–3 years of professional experience at International Law Firms, the Big Four or Advisory Firms A master’s degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01) with a final grade of at least 100/110

Intention to pursue professional practice xkiyazw as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
