About The Team And The Role

We are looking for a B2C Seller Success Manager to help grow and strengthen eBay’s B2C business in Italy. In this role, you will support programs that enable professional seller growth,
improve marketplace performance, and enhance eBay’s value proposition for sellers. Working across local and regional teams, you will bring market insights into execution and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver commercial initiatives that support business growth.
What You Will Accomplish
- Support the execution of eBay’s B2C commercial strategy in Italy, contributing to seller growth and marketplace performance.
- Design, launch, and improve commercial programs that increase seller engagement and support business objectives.
- Identify commercial opportunities across priority categories, seller segments, and partner channels to expand growth.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with sellers, service providers, agencies, ecosystem partners, and internal collaborators.
