We are looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Creative Director and collaborate cross-functionally with our Product and Marketing teams to create and develop graphic designs for main collections, special projects and collaborations.
This is a design-driven, execution-focused role that blends creativity with strong production understanding and full ownership from concept through to production-ready artwork and sample development.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop graphic designs for main collections, special projects, and collaborations.
- Research and interpret trends across cycling, sportswear, and lifestyle.
- Partner with the Creative Director to explore and develop multiple design and graphic concepts.
- Build and maintain accurate, production-ready artwork files,
specifications, and factory-ready communications.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Product Development team on sampling, development and execution.
- Review and approve samples to ensure design intent, quality, and brand standards are met, driving alignment reviews with Creative, Product, and Leadership teams.
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring work is delivered on time.
- Support the Marketing Team with graphic assets as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in product-focused roles withing sports, performance, or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of rendering tools; experience with KeyShot is a plus.
- Strong sensibility for color, trends, materials and design innovation.
