The Omnichannel Acquisition team’s mission is to maximize the value of affiliation and acquisition by managing the full process end-to-end, strengthening omnichannel partnerships and leveraging Programmatic, SEO/ ASO to drive performance and conversion.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the overall Affiliation strategy, ensuring continuous optimization and alignment with business objectives
- Build, develop, and strengthen strategic relationships with key affiliate partners to maximize long-term value
- Define commercial frameworks, including deals, incentives, and growth initiatives, to scale channel performance
- Lead the identification, acquisition,



and onboarding of high-potential affiliate partners to expand and diversify the network
- Set and execute the development strategy for mid- and low-value affiliates, driving portfolio growth and efficiency
- Oversee and support top-tier affiliates in structuring secure, compliant, and high-impact commercial agreements
- Provide strategic direction and ongoing support to partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices
- Lead performance management of the Affiliation channel through KPI tracking, forecasting, and ROI analysis, translating insights into actionable strategies
- Own and manage the Affiliation budget, optimizing allocation to maximize return and support growth targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2 resources, fostering performance, accountability, and professional growth

What you’ll bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in similar role, with proven knowledge of managing and developing
