Selection communication & design is part of Perfetti Van Melle - a global confectionary company and makers of global product brands.

We are currently seeking for a passionate and enthusiastic Account Assistan t, who will support the Account team during the entire creative development cycle of brands design & communication projects, from brief to delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior account in the development and coordination of packaging, communication and below the line activities;
- Managing projects from development to completion including schedule creation, budgeting and invoicing;
- Support the team to handle multiple projects at the same time;
- Communicate with marketing departments in the execution of creative projects (presentation, revisions, approval);
- Participate to meetings, prepare reports documenting meeting discussion;
- Undertake administrative tasks.

Skill Required:
- Degree in Marketing or Communication;




- At least 1 year experience in communication/packaging below the line agencies or marketing departments;
- Good organizational and time-management skills;
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
- Fluent in English.

Please note that the position is offered on a fixed-term contract (12 months).

The position offers a gross annual salary of € 25.102,00. Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.
