What You’ll Do
You will join the broader EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) HR Team, supporting Talent Management and Teaming@BCG initiatives across the region.



This role offers exposure to strategic HR processes focused on employee experience, team effectiveness, and talent development within a dynamic and international environment.
As Part Of An Evolving And Innovative People Agenda, You Will Contribute To Initiatives Aimed At Strengthening Collaboration, Improving Talent Development Processes, And Supporting The Evolution Of Teaming@BCG Across EMC. You Will Work Closely With HR Stakeholders And Leadership Teams, Helping Drive Reporting, Operational Excellence, And Process Improvement Across Multiple People-related Activities. You Will
