As Head of KAM , you will define and lead the strategic direction for our key accounts across Italy, ensuring sustainable growth, long-term partnerships, and consistent delivery of high-value solutions and leading the team of KAM.
You will act as a senior leader and trusted partner to our most important clients, engaging at executive level to understand their business priorities and align our offerings accordingly. Internally, you will drive cross-functional alignment,



ensuring that all departments work cohesively to deliver outstanding and consistent customer experience.
This role is pivotal in shaping our commercial strategy and strengthening our market position, with a strong focus on value creation, customer retention, and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a strategic vision for Key Account Management, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Develop and mentor the Key Account Management team, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, positioning the company as a long-term strategic partner.
- Drive revenue growth through account development strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and contract expansion.
- Lead complex negotiations, renewals, and high-value commercial agreements.
- Act as the ultimate escalation point for critical client matters,
