The Main Responsibilities Of The Role Are To
- Solution Architecture:



Design end-to-end technical architectures for water treatment, monitoring, and sustainability platforms. (Reference architecture)
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales, engineering, and service teams to understand client challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
- Commercial Excellence Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal & Communication Development
- Draft, edit, and deliver proposals that integrate input from sales, marketing, and technical experts.
- Ensure messaging highlights contractor needs, compliance, and value propositions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the communication bridge across commercial and technical functions.
- Translate technical details into clear, customer‑friendly language.
- Customer-Centric Focus
- Prioritize contractor requirements in all communications (where our PO comes from).
- Present operational outcomes as secondary benefits, reinforcing efficiency and reliability.
