Join Olon Group – We are hiring an HSE Professional in Rodano

Olon Group is a global leader in the development and production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for both CDMO and generic markets. We combine chemical synthesis and biological processes, always ensuring the highest standards in safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.

Today, Olon operates through a global network of 14 manufacturing sites and 14 R&D; centers worldwide .

To support our continued growth, we are looking for an HSE Professional to join our team in Rodano .

What you will do
- Support the HSE Manager in building effective relationships with local communities and authorities, enhancing our external reputation
- Oversee contractor HSE requirements during construction phases and support performance evaluation during project start-up
- Contribute to the management of environmental impact assessments, operating permits, and construction permits
- Support and deliver training programs aligned with global and regional standards, including mandatory training (Legislative Decree 81⁄08)




- Collaborate with site and project leaders to strengthen a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

✅ What we are looking for
- Degree in Health & Safety Sciences or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, ideally in chemical or pharmaceutical environments
- Knowledge of Seveso Directive (Legislative Decree 105⁄15) and emergency management
- Strong ability to implement processes and optimize resources
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:
- Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering
- Experience in manufacturing and familiarity with industry safety standards
