Position

During this internship you will collaborate with the WW Retail Performance Manager, contributing to the analysis, reporting, and strategic understanding of the performance of our global retail network.
This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate data retrieval, developing insightful contributions for management presentations, and executing recurring analyses. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic luxury retail environment, enhancing their analytical and presentation skills while gaining an unparalleled 360-view on a global luxury Retail network.
Job Responsibilities
- Recurring Analysis Support: Assist in the meticulous preparation and execution of regular retail performance reports. This includes data extraction and visualization, ensuring unparalleled accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all deliverables.
- Contest and Incentives Monitoring: Support the WW Retail Performance Manager in monitoring the performances of existing contests, both HQ and Regional driven, supporting the identification of key success factors and best performing Regions/Countries/Stores.



This includes KPIs tracking, sales uplift, and overall effectiveness vs target, providing insights to optimize future incentive programs.
- Top Management Support: Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for top management, ensuring deliverables are provided timely.
- Performance Monitoring: Support in monitoring key retail performance metrics, identifying emerging trends, and highlighting areas for potential improvement or concern. This involves proactive analysis, deviation identification, and contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing retail operations.

Profile
- Currently enrolled in Master Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Strong analytical skills and propensity for reporting and business analysis
- Excellent computer literacy (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
- Previous knowledge of PowerBI/Python is considered a plus
