Senior Manager, Learning & Capability Development
Overview
The Senior Manager, Learning & Capability Development plays a key role in advancing BIC’s talent agenda by designing scalable digital and blended learning solutions that strengthen critical business capabilities across the enterprise.
This role combines digital learning expertise with strategic capability building. Partnering closely with business leaders, the Senior Manager identifies priority capability gaps,
defines curriculum needs, and builds learning pathways that strengthen performance in areas such as sales, marketing, and other priority business functions.
Working in close partnership with Leadership & Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management & Change, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners, this role ensures capability development aligns with broader enterprise talent priorities, while bringing focused expertise in digital curriculum design, learner experience, and scalable content solutions. Digital learning platforms are managed through HR Operations Excellence and Shared Services; this role serves as a strategic partner in shaping content, learner journeys, and curriculum priorities deployed through those platforms.
