International Business Development & Sales Manager

About GEARXPro GEARXPro is a performance-oriented sports brand developing and commercialising products for athletes, clubs, retailers and professional partners.
As part of our international growth strategy, we are looking for an International Sales & Business Development Manager who will take responsibility for developing and managing our business across international markets.
We are seeking a proactive, independent and results-driven professional who can identify new opportunities and convert them into strong commercial relationships, structured agreements and measurable revenue growth.
The role The successful candidate will be responsible for developing GEARXPro’s international business, with a particular focus on identifying and managing distributors, agents, retailers, clubs and strategic commercial partners.
This position combines business development with direct export sales responsibilities, including new market entry, pipeline management, negotiation, customer acquisition, partner development and commercial performance monitoring.




The candidate will work closely with the company’s management and with the Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain teams to define and execute the international commercial strategy.
Key responsibilities · Identify, analyse and develop new commercial opportunities across international markets.
· Research, assess and recruit distributors, agents, retailers and partners capable of supporting the development of the brand.
· Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation and contract closure.
· Build, organise and monitor a structured international sales pipeline.
· Develop market-entry and growth plans for assigned countries and territories.
· Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, distributors and commercial partners.
· Define commercial targets, sales forecasts and development plans for each market or partner.
