The Marketing team’s mission is to establish a distinctive brand positioning for Snai, driving growth through cross-channel communication, leveraging strategic media and partnerships to maximize visibility and conversion across all touchpoints, while fostering innovation and ensuring a consistent brand experience.
Your role
As Retail & Omnichannel Marketing Manager , you will define and execute the omnichannel retail marketing strategy, ensuring alignment between physical stores and digital channels. You will plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention, monitoring performance through KPIs and ROI. You will ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and compliance with industry regulations and responsible gaming standards. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize the omnichannel customer journey and maximize conversion between physical and digital channels.
What you’ll do:
- Define, implement,
and lead the omnichannel retail marketing strategy and plan (managing the related budget), ensuring consistency between the physical channel (network of over 1,600 mainly franchised stores) and the online channel (mobile app and website).
- Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns (across media and online/offline touchpoints) to support omnichannel customer acquisition and retention, monitoring efficiency and effectiveness through appropriate performance KPIs and ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints aimed at omnichannel customers.
- Define the retail CRM strategy with a focus on loyalty and retention, emphasizing the acquisition of qualified customers, play frequency, and customer lifetime value.
