For our Executive Programs, Research and Events Operation Office we are looking for a
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and championing our Executive Programs :



she/he will learn to be the vital link between the School and our participants, working alongside the professional staff dedicated to orchestrating the operational success of all Executive Programs. She/he will help to set, organize and run the Executive Programs, ensuring seamless organizational support to Faculty as well as participants .

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / ACTIVITIES
- Provide organizational support for Faculty, crafting course experiences that resonate (e.g. course calendars, schedules, syllabi, communications to participants, etc.);
- Deliver an outstanding participant experience, ensuring a positive journey throughout the Program;
- Manage teaching materials and the Program’s e-learning platform, ensuring content quality and timely updates;
- Coordinate and oversee company visits, study tours, seminars and course-related events;
- Manage course evaluation procedures and analyze feedback to suppor
