Your role
We are looking for a Project Management & PMO Intern, who will support the Automation team in managing different activities.
Main Responsibilities
Project Management:
- To support a tutor Project Manager Senior in managing project management activities
- Planning : Gantt Chart set up and updating
- Monitoring : participation to Stand Up Meeting and Project Review Meeting
- Communication :
- MoM of Stand Up Meeting and Project Review Meeting
- Collaborate with different stakeholders and ensure smooth workflows
- Execution: support in procurement and kitting material phase; Open Issue List creation and updating
- Closure: Lesson Learnt Collection, Project Documentation Documentation Updating
