Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject:
- Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, etc.
- Teaching qualification (certified)
- Right to work in Italy (EU passport or visa)
- Clean police/background checks
- Fluent English ( C1–C2 level )

Experience Required
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
- Preferably in an IB school
- Strong ability in:
- Inquiry-based teaching
- Lesson planning & assessment
- Using digital tools in education
- Differentiating for diverse learners

Key Responsibilities
Teaching (80%)
- Deliver engaging, IB-aligned science lessons
- Create dynamic and inclusive classroom environments
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Use digital tools and LMS effectively
- Support student wellbeing and development

Teamwork (15%)
- Collaborate on:
- Curriculum planning
- Interdisciplinary projects
- Assessment strategies
- Share best practices and resources

School Responsibilities (5%)
- Act as mentor (pastoral role)
- Participate in:
- Meetings
- Supervision duties (breaks, buses, etc.)
- School activities and events
- Help build strong community spirit
