What You’ll Do
You will join BCG Italy’s Marketing team in Milan supporting the firm’s communications activities and its institutional relations agenda,



gaining exposure to how BCG builds and strengthens its reputation across the business, media, and institutional landscape.
Working closely with experienced colleagues across Communications and Institutional Relations, you will contribute to content development, media activation, stakeholder relationship activities, and strategic visibility initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to develop a broad understanding of corporate communications, public affairs, and reputation-building within one of the world’s leading management consulting firms.
You Are Good At
- Assisting in media relations activities, including media monitoring and analysis, press coverage tracking, and the preparation and distribution of press releases;
- Supporting the development and execution of internal and external communications initiatives across multiple channels;
- Drafting, editing, and coordinating content for newsletters, social media, corporate
