ABOUT THE ROLE You will perform Criticality Analysis, FMEA/FMECA, RCM and RBD/RAM simulations, defining maintenance strategies and predictive policies from failure history and OREDA data. WHAT YOU'LL DO Define criticality criteria and the weighted matrix; run the plant-wide assessment and classify assets Facilitate FMEA/FMECA workshops on critical systems and document failure modes Conduct RCM studies and optimize tasks,



intervals and maintenance policies Define the maintenance strategy and predictive/condition-based policies Build RBD models and Monte Carlo RAM simulations; identify bottlenecks and 'bad actors' WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or equivalent) 5+ years in reliability engineering in process plants / oil & gas Hands‐on FMECA/RCM facilitation and RAM modelling Standards: SAE JA1011/JA1012, ISO 14224, OREDA Tools: RAM/RBD software (Reliability Workbench, Block Sim, Maros/Taro or equivalents), FMECA tools, EAM/CMMS NICE TO HAVE CRE (ASQ) certification or equivalent Knowledge of ENI internal procedures or proprietary RCM methodologies LOCATION Office or at Client's premises in Italy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
