Your opportunity

We are looking for a commercially driven Group Segment Manager – Wine & Food Packaging to lead growth across two strategic segments at Group level.

You will work directly with customers, sales teams, and Business Units across Europe to develop winning segment strategies, identify new growth opportunities, and bring innovative packaging solutions to market. As the segment expert, you will translate consumer, market,



and filling trends into commercial success while shaping Vetropack's future portfolio.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute Group‑wide growth strategies for Wine & Food Packaging
- Partner with leading food and wine brands across Europe
- Drive innovation, sustainability, lightweighting, and premium packaging initiatives
- Shape future product portfolios with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Development
- Turn market insights into profitable growth opportunities
- Represent Vetropack at key customer meetings and industry events

What you bring
- Experience in glass packaging industry or Wine or Food producers in marketing, business development, product management, category management, or sales
- Passion for food, beverages, packaging, and market trends
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally
