In this role you will analyze after-sales processes, design integrated solutions, and lead system implementation across DMS, SAP, WMS, OMS, and related platforms. You will enable data‑driven decision‑making by building and maintaining reporting systems for front‑line teams and management. You will train staff and dealers, and drive continuous improvements to boost service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- 5+ years in system support, software development, or digital transformation in after‑sales or automotive
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and experience with system integration and SQL
- Familiarity with REST API, SOAP, and interface development
- Strong project management and cross‑departmental collaboration skills
- Excellent communication with business, technical, and external stakeholders
