In this role you will own the end-to-end savings product, shaping strategy, pricing and delivery to drive growth. You will work within an Agile squad to optimize the customer journey and ensure a competitive, compliant offering. You’ll translate business needs into IT requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impact. Own and evolve the savings product roadmap aligned with business and funding objectives
Design and execute commercial initiatives (acquisition, upsell, retention)
Define and steer pricing actions to ensure market competitiveness and profitability
Monitor product performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Improve the end-to-end customer journey across digital channels
Translate business needs into IT requirements and support delivery via Agile ways of working
Manage stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Operations
Support backlog prioritization, change requests and production issue resolution
Contribute to financial planning, forecasting and performance tracking
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
Collaborate on global initiatives and share best practices
3+ years’ experience in product management, business analysis or project management in financial services
Strong understanding of retail banking (savings/deposits is a plus)
Experience with campaigns, pricing, and performance monitoring
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to deliver under pressure
