Tissue Reconstruction Territory Manager & product Specialist (North & Center Italy ) In this role you will drive tissue technologies adoption by leveraging clinical expertise and product knowledge to grow hospital partnerships. You will coordinate with regional and national sales leaders to plan and execute territory strategies, ensuring smooth post-acquisition transitions and high-quality clinical support. You will educate hospital staff, prepare technical materials for tenders, and help prevent misuse of products through hands‑on training. This position offers meaningful impact in advancing patient care and supporting a high‑performing sales team.
Drive territory sales targets and revenue growth within assigned region
Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager on targeting and strategic planning
Support post‑acquisition transitions to ensure clinical practice changes are monitored and integrated
Assess and develop clinical/technical competencies of customers; assist in developing competencies of the Regional Sales Manager
Educate hospital faculty about product range to enable incremental sales growth




Produce technical/scientific documents for tenders and provide clinical support at hospital meetings and product demos
Provide scientific, technical, and operational support to sales teams and distributors
Attend OR demos and participate in national Tissue Technologies professional organizations to boost visibility and credibility
Prevent incorrect usage of products through in‑servicing and ongoing education
MSc in Biology or Biomedical Engineering (medical devices)
2 years related experience
Knowledge of plastic surgery and wound care procedures (burns, trauma, chronic wounds, oncology, DFU, nerve repair, reconstructive surgery)
Working knowledge of Tissue Technologies products
Fluency in Italian and English
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Excellent listening and communication skills (written and oral)
Ability to coordinate cross‑functional activities to achieve results
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and specialized software
Experience with burn/reconstructive surgeons and wound care specialists
