The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support of a broad portfolio of Stryker medical technologies, ensuring our customers receive timely and high‑quality service. You will independently plan and manage your service schedule across your territory, organizing customer visits, balancing preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and administrative activities while adapting to customer needs and priorities.

The territory covers mainly Tuscany, Emilia‑Romagna,



and Sardinia, with regular travel throughout the region. International training abroad may be required. Candidates based in Florence (preferred) or Bologna are strongly encouraged to apply.
