OTTO.ARTISTS is building a SaaS platform for the creative industries.

Our mission is to create the professional infrastructure connecting creative professionals, organisations and opportunities through technology, structured career development and trusted professional networks.

We’re currently in the pre-investment stage.

Over the past three years we’ve validated the problem, built the first version of the platform and are now preparing for our next milestone:

assembling the founding executive team;

This is the stage where the first executive leaders will define the future of the company.

This is not a Marketing Manager role.

This is not a Social Media role.

This is not a Performance Marketing role.

This is not a freelance opportunity.

This is not a side project.

This is a full-time founding opportunity for someone who wants to build a technology company from its earliest stage.

About the Role
We’re looking for someone to build and lead the company’s commercial function.

You’ll work directly with the Founder to validate our business model, establish strategic partnerships, acquire customers and define how OTTO.ARTISTS grows across Europe.

Your responsibility is not simply generating leads.

Your responsibility is helping build a scalable company.

You’ll take ownership of Business Development, Customer Acquisition, Partnership Development, CRM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Go-to-Market execution and Revenue Growth while working closely with the Product Co-Founder and Technical Co-Founder.

Who are we looking for?




We’re looking for professionals with experience growing businesses rather than managing marketing campaigns.

Ideally, your background includes one or more of the following:

Business Development

Strategic Partnerships

Revenue Growth

Customer Acquisition

CRM

B2B Partnerships

Marketplace Growth

SaaS Growth

Startup Growth

Experience building commercial functions inside startups or high-growth technology companies is highly preferred.

Professional experience within SaaS companies, marketplaces, digital platforms or the creative industries is considered a significant advantage.

A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

A Master’s degree is considered a strong advantage.

This role is probably NOT for you if…

Your experience is primarily in Social Media Management.

Your experience is primarily in Content Creation.

Your experience is primarily in Performance Marketing without commercial ownership.

You’re looking for freelance work.

You’re looking for a side project.

You’re unable to commit full-time.

You’re looking for a traditional salaried position.

You have never contributed to customer acquisition, business development, partnerships or sales.

Compensation
This is an equity-based founding opportunity.

At our current pre-investment stage, compensation is equity-based only.

We’re building a founding team where ownership, responsibility and long-term value creation are fully aligned.

As the company grows and completes future fundraising rounds, our objective is to establish a sustainable executive compensation structure.

You’ll join before our first institutional investment.

You’ll help define our commercial strategy, partnerships, revenue model and long-term growth.

Very few people have the opportunity to build a company’s commercial function from day one.
