In this role you will shape the regional technology strategy for EP-CNV, aligning with MedTech goals to accelerate growth and digitalization. You'll lead a cross-functional technology team, partner with senior leaders, and deliver AI-enabled, compliant platforms across France and Italy. The position offers impact by transforming how medical devices and digital solutions support clinicians and patients. You'll drive value, speed, and quality through strategic prioritization and execution.

- Co-create regional technology strategy for EP-CNV aligned with MedTech goals; translate into multi-year roadmaps
- Lead technology as a competitive advantage to enable innovation, simplification, and go-to-market agility
- Partner with regional senior leaders to identify opportunities and guide tech-enabled growth and efficiency
- Provide accountable technology leadership for end-to-end BU outcomes; align strategy, platforms, and execution
- Develop compliant technology through collaboration with Cybersecurity, Regulatory Affairs, Legal Affairs, etc.
- Foster cross-region partnerships to accelerate digitalization of region-specific processes
- Operationalize AI/ML and GenAI across commercial, supply chain, service, and R&D-adjacent; use cases with data governance and privacy controls
- Drive a disciplined product management approach linked to OKRs and reliable delivery
- Own the regional technology portfolio: prioritization, funding, delivery, adoption, and benefits realization
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across product,



engineering, data, and delivery
- Cultivate external partnerships for innovation and strategic collaborations to shape policies and outcomes
- Oversee budget and governance to ensure value, risk, and compliance
- Ensure technology enables successful product launches and lifecycle management in the region
- 12+ years in technology leadership with line-of-business, engineering, data ops, or product teams
- 8+ years of people leadership at scale in matrixed environments
- Proven ability to apply technology to business problems with strong communication and stakeholder partnership
- Experience with business processes (bids/tenders, order-to-cash, customer engagement) and interfaces with ERP, CRM, MES
- Track record in product management, agile delivery, and portfolio governance; ability to connect roadmaps to outcomes
- Fluency with cloud, APIs, data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML/GenAI; hands-on leadership beyond pilots
- Experience modernizing legacy environments with safe and compliant digital/AI solutions
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions across a complex organization to drive alignment and scalable solutions
- Preferred MedTech exposure to cardio and neurovascular products; experience with cross-country stakeholders
- Proven success hiring and developing top technical and product talent; executive presence and change leadership
