In this role you will lead the AI research and development efforts to drive real-time data enrichment, spend analytics, and predictive insights that optimise corporate spend. You’ll shape the AI roadmap and work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value while upholding governance and ethics. You’ll mentor a growing team of scientists and engineers, tackling high-impact problems in a fast-moving SaaS environment. This is a chance to influence how enterprises manage spend at scale.

- Prototype new AI technologies for product and financial behaviour modelling (NLP, RAG, reinforcement learning)
- Ensure model governance including explainability, fairness and regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOC2, ISO27001)
- Oversee production deployment of AI systems with ML Ops, ensure scalable data pipelines and quality datasets
- Monitor and iterate model performance, manage drift and retraining pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate customer problems into AI solutions and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsabilità
- PhD or Master in relevant field
- Extensive AI/ML research and development experience in a leadership role
- Expertise in machine learning, NLP with LLMs, time-series forecasting, RAG, anomaly detection
- Strong programming in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Familiarity with Vector DBs and LLMs; strong data architecture, ML Ops, and cloud platforms (AWS
