The Assistant Showroom Manager supports the daily operations and commercial activities of the showroom while contributing to an exceptional client experience. The role assists in maintaining Stepevi’s positioning in high-end custom rugs and interior solutions, representing the brand to architects, designers, and private clients,



and ensuring operational excellence in partnership with the Showroom Manager.

Client Experience & Brand Representation
Deliver a highly personalized and consultative client journey aligned with luxury service standards.
Present collections, bespoke capabilities, and technical specifications with confidence and professionalism.
Support the maintenance of impeccable showroom presentation in line with brand identity and visual merchandising guidelines.
Assist in hosting client meetings, private appointments, and professional visits (architects, interior designers, trade partners).

Commercial Development
Support sales activities and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
Build and nurture client relationships through proactive follow-up and relationship management.
Identify potential business opportunities within the design, architecture, and luxury residential sectors.
