AI Native Software Engineering Specialist

In this role you design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems across enterprise tech stacks. You work closely with client engineering teams to craft reusable patterns and accelerators that scale beyond a single engagement. You own end-to-end pipelines, from orchestration to observability, delivering robust AI solutions in production. This position sits at the core of scalable AI engineering, offering exposure to industry-wide challenges and cross-platform collaboration. You will drive tangible impact by shaping agentic systems that perform reliably at client scale.

- Design and build production-grade agentic systems end-to-end (multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, policy-based routing, tool invocation, memory management, observability)
- Own RAG pipelines (embeddings, chunking strategy, vector search, context engineering)
- Integrate across LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, open-source) with fallback routing, token, cost, latency management




- Implement LLMOps in production (eval harnesses, prompt versioning, observability, cost and safety monitoring)
- Collaborate with client engineering teams through workshops, PoCs, code-with sessions, and architecture walkthroughs
- Create reusable patterns, accelerators, and playbooks that scale beyond individual engagements
- Define and use metrics to measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost-effectiveness; present findings to stakeholders
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production
- Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent) at production depth
- Direct experience calling LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI) in production code
- LLMOps fundamentals (eval harness design, prompt versioning, production observability)
- Strong Python; Java or equivalent backend language; production debugging and observability experience
- Production experience shipping three agentic systems in four years preferred
