Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you drive quality excellence for assigned UPS product families, coordinating cross-site quality initiatives across manufacturing units and local sales teams. You act as the central quality voice, aligning root-cause analyses and CAPAs, and steering end-to-end quality improvements from concept to mass production. You partner with global teams to ensure consistent standards, enable rapid issue resolution, and support new product development. You’ll work in a hybrid setup within the Electrification Smart Power division, shaping reliable, high-performance power solutions.

- Own end-to-end KPI management for assigned product families across multiple sites
- Ensure visibility of metrics like Time-to-Close, Customer DPU, CoPQ, FPY with factory-level breakdown
- Drive cross-site quality governance and consistency in RCA and CAPAs
- Act as Single Point of Contact for critical quality issues and lead cross-factory RCAs
- Coordinate implementation of corrective/preventive actions (ECN,



material rework) across sites
- Provide quality advisory across factories and LSOs, promoting unified quality practices
- Support Quality in New Product Development from concept to release (NPI), join MSET, design reviews, and sprint gates as Quality referent
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with emphasis on Electrical/Electronic or related field
- 10+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing/industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of UPS systems and end-to-end product lifecycle
- Proven track record in cross-functional and cross-site quality management (RCA, CAPA)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management for global, multicultural teams
