In this role you will manage end-to-end payroll and time & attendance in a dynamic international environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. You’ll collaborate with employees, managers, and external stakeholders and support system improvements and HR administration. The position focuses on accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and data-driven reports. Benefits / Retribuzione

- Manage time and attendance: validate timesheets and govern vacation, sickness, and statutory absences
- Collect, calculate and maintain payroll data to ensure timely, compliant payroll processing
- Prepare payroll calculations and reports covering earnings, taxes, deductions, and non-taxable compensation
- Investigate and resolve payroll disparities and support employees on payroll and attendance matters
- Ensure payroll complies with company policies and applicable labor, tax,



and social security regulations
- Handle payroll-related social security, welfare, and tax obligations with accurate calculations and payments
- Execute periodic and year-end payroll activities (CU, Form 770, INAIL, ISTAT surveys, etc.)
- Prepare regular and ad hoc financial, operational and payroll reports as required

Responsabilità

- Bachelor in Human Resources
- Fluent Italian and good English (written and spoken)
- At least 3 years of payroll administration experience in structured companies or payroll providers
- Excellent knowledge of payroll processes and Italian labor, tax and social security regulations
- Experience with payroll and time attendance systems
- Ability to manage deadlines and confidential information
